NPP Boycotts TV3 Morning Show ( NewDay)

The National Communication Bureau of the New Patriotic Party (NPP ) wishes to inform all its Communicators, Media Monitors, and Officials that the Party has boycotted TV3 morning Show ( NewDay) effectively 3rd January 2022.

The reason for this boycott has to do with the unreasonable decision of the Producers and Host of the program Johnny who always interrupt npp communicators when they  are showcasing the projects the government has done.

All efforts to get the Producers and Host of the program to give us a fair treatment on the show over the 6 months, including a complaint to the Management of the station for an amicable resolution of this matter, have proven futile, as the party continues to be twith the witthe  utmost contempt.

  1. Why not rather admonishing your communicators to prove leadership and maturity in handling the hosts

  2. You are super incompetent as Communicators and you can't contradict facts Johny put out in the public domain. In any case you are comfortable with Paul Adom Ochere, Sampson Lardi, Kwame Sefa Kayi etal isn't it. What an amnesia

  3. Hmm NPP why did NPP government and the entire administration always want media presented to be cool for them?

  4. Nonsense, the NPP think TV3 will always follow their propaganda
    No way.

  5. Government who is afraid of accountability and probity will develop such hostile attitudes towards the media.

  6. Good move! Jonny is there doing NDC bidding. In fact, he behaves like and I guess he is a card bearing member of the NDC.

  7. They can go and burn the sea!! Useless government! Tv3 will still operate with npp representative.

  10. Best decision NPP all the way

  11. Well, I don't know how far discussions reached to result in this decision, but I watch that morning program almost everyday. Johnny has a special session called "Johnny's Bites", where he tackles issues by asking direct questions surrounding the issues, and I think that has affected him a bit as a moderator because he's tempted to incline towards seeking points to bark his bites. Amongst the NPP communicators, I really like George (the NADMO man), he is calm always and has a nice way of absorbing issues thrown at him. Johnny is a fine journalist I like so much, but he needs to watch and balance his moderation.

  12. A typical trait of a useless government. When Johny was doing same when you were in opposition, you hailed him.

A government whose duty bearers are competing in thievery. What a shame

  13. TV3 and npp should take step to resolve their differences.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Ah! So you want to own everything in the world? At least, TV3 has proven to be objective and that is what you cannot stand. Fairness indeed. When have you been fair?

    ReplyDelete
  15. That's the best decision, they should make TV3 NDC communication center

    ReplyDelete
  16. I think NPP has taken a rightful decision.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Who cares if you even boycott all radio and tv shows...😗

    ReplyDelete
  18. Bad decision and unjustifiable claims

    ReplyDelete
  19. Useless government with useless president

    ReplyDelete
  20. This is a wrong decision, can you reconsider this unpopular decision and do the right thing

  22. Great move, it's long over due. That foolish guy called Johnny is an NDC guy.

  23. NPP can go to hell. TV3 doesn't the NPP to survive.
You criticize everything by NDC government, call hard working men blasphemous names.
It is your turn to be criticized, keep mute and take these criticisms in good faith.
This is the only way you can wake up from your perpetual sleep on the job.

  24. This TV 3 station is becoming an NDC propaganda machinery, it was this same TV 3 station that interviewed Carlos Ahenkorah on the E-Levy and published a comment which was not made by the MP

    ReplyDelete
  25. The issue is, this government is more like to make the state an autocratic state. So no one has the right to check u guys one bit? Hmmm NPP never again

    ReplyDelete
  26. Who those it go against
Need find a way around johnny's tactics

    ReplyDelete
  27. So the NPP wants every journalist to be like Sefa Kaye, Adom Otchere, OB, Sampson Lardi etc? The party seems to hate every dissenting view even from its own members and executives for some time now. What is happening? You failed to control Johnie, so you're running away, wait you'll be running away from every station soon. It's not everyone you can buy. Some people fear God and love Ghana

  28. NPP can even boycott heaven, i don't care.

    ReplyDelete
  29. They should make sure during election they will equally not come back to advertise on their platform. If you are communicating lies you expect the station to support you. Thank you Tv3 we are solidly behind you. In fact your viewership is going to increase because of the absence of NPP. They are just a nuisance on your show.
